These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sukacuci2 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the sukacuci2 website located at https://sukacuci2.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform.

By accessing the sukacuci2 platform, completing the account registration process, or otherwise using any service provided by sukacuci2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sukacuci2 platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Registration and use of sukacuci2 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active account on the platform. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the payment methods, devices, or email addresses used.
• Non-Excluded Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either through sukacuci2's own responsible gambling programme or any third-party self-exclusion register, at the time of registration or during account activity.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, or in which we have chosen to restrict access for operational or compliance reasons.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of sukacuci2 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

To access the full features of the sukacuci2 platform, including real-money gaming and sports betting, you must complete the registration process. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• You are obligated to update your registration information promptly if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to payment processing or account suspension.
• Each individual may register and maintain only one account. If you have previously held an account on sukacuci2 that was suspended or closed, you must obtain written authorisation from our support team before creating a new account.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify sukacuci2 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. sukacuci2 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• sukacuci2 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, where it suspects breach of these Terms or where required for compliance purposes.

By accessing and using the sukacuci2 platform, you agree to the following terms of use:

• You will use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You acknowledge that all gambling and betting activities on the platform carry an inherent risk of financial loss, and you accept full personal responsibility for any losses incurred.
• You will not use any software, tools, scripts, bots, or automated systems to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• You will not attempt to exploit software errors, latency, or any other technical deficiencies in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors are not considered legitimate and may be reversed.
• You accept that the Operator's records of all transactions and gameplay activity shall constitute the definitive record in the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, bet results, or account balance discrepancies.
• You will not engage in, facilitate, or attempt to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity through the platform.
• You acknowledge that the platform may experience scheduled and unscheduled downtime, and sukacuci2 accepts no liability for losses attributable to service interruptions.

sukacuci2 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms of Use, irrespective of whether a formal investigation has been completed.

The following terms govern all deposits and payment transactions on the sukacuci2 platform:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods that have been verified and approved by sukacuci2. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank bank transfer, CIMB bank transfer, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and approved cryptocurrencies including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and BNB.
• All funds deposited must originate from accounts or wallets that are legally owned by you. Deposits made using third-party payment credentials are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and investigation under our AML policy.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the current deposit method information page for applicable minimums and maximums. Stated MYR equivalents for cryptocurrency deposits are indicative only and subject to real-time exchange rate fluctuation.
• sukacuci2 does not charge deposit fees on most payment methods. However, third-party processing fees may apply in certain circumstances and are at the sole discretion of the relevant payment provider.
• Deposits credited to your account are available for wagering immediately upon successful processing. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets and FPX deposits are typically instant; cryptocurrency deposits require one to two blockchain network confirmations.
• sukacuci2 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of our AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests submitted by Users:

• Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have successfully completed KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may not initiate withdrawal requests regardless of account balance.
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to payment methods that the User has previously used for deposits into the same account, or to pre-verified alternative methods approved through our support team.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are determined by the applicable payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• sukacuci2 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the payment methods information page. Typical processing times are: DuitNow and FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; bank transfers — up to 1 business day; cryptocurrency withdrawals — 15 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions.
• All stated withdrawal processing times are estimates under normal operating conditions and do not constitute guaranteed service levels. Higher-than-normal transaction volumes, additional verification requirements, or third-party payment provider delays may extend processing times.
• sukacuci2 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending AML investigation. Where a hold is applied, the User will be notified and provided with guidance on any required verification steps.
• Withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements and maximum cash-out limits applicable to the relevant bonus offer. Please review the bonus-specific terms prior to claiming any promotion.

The following terms govern all bonus offers, promotional programmes, and loyalty rewards offered by sukacuci2. These terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.

• All bonuses offered by sukacuci2 are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Unless otherwise specified, the maximum bet permitted while active bonus funds remain in your account is MYR 50 per bet, round, or spin. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Unless otherwise stated, different game types contribute to wagering requirements at the following rates: slot games — 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) — 10%; video poker — 10%; sports betting — subject to specific promotion terms. Mixed-wager contributions are calculated pro-rata.
• Each bonus offer is available to each eligible User once only unless expressly stated otherwise. sukacuci2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including retrospectively where there is evidence of abuse.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus applies to qualifying deposits made in BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, or BNB. The maximum bonus payable per deposit is MYR 688. Standard wagering requirements apply.
• Participation in any bonus offer constitutes acceptance of these general bonus terms and the specific terms of that offer. In the event of conflict, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all betting and wagering activities on the sukacuci2 platform. Game-specific rules are additionally provided within each game or betting category.

• All bets placed on the platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded after submission except as expressly provided in the applicable event-specific rules (e.g., event postponement or abandonment policies).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, event, and market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. sukacuci2 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific accounts at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or sporting event outcome, sukacuci2 will apply the rules outlined in the relevant game provider's or sports betting provider's applicable fair play procedures. Where outcomes cannot be definitively determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to specific rules regarding bet acceptance windows, price changes, and event interruption. Live odds are updated continuously and the price at the moment of bet acceptance constitutes the agreed odds.
• sukacuci2 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information, coordinated wagering, or other market manipulation.
• For Mix Parlay bets: all selections must win for the parlay to pay out. A single void selection will reduce the parlay by one leg; the remaining selections continue. Specific Mix Parlay rules are detailed in the Sports Betting section of the platform.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the sukacuci2 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or age information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other unlawful means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, completing wagering requirements, or scraping data.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical latency for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or live dealer table games.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims with payment providers in respect of legitimate transactions.
• Accessing the platform through VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by sukacuci2.
• Sharing account access with any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your account on your behalf.

sukacuci2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Users with the tools to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling provisions apply to all registered Users:

• The platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. This requirement is enforced through identity verification and is non-negotiable.
• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, and session time reminders are available to all registered Users and can be configured through account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a seven-day cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Users who are self-excluded and attempt to circumvent the exclusion may be reported to relevant authorities.

All intellectual property rights in and to the sukacuci2 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, software code, game content, text, databases, and trade marks — are owned by or licensed to the Operator. These rights are protected under applicable intellectual property legislation.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of sukacuci2.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the platform.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to sukacuci2 regarding the platform may be used by sukacuci2 without compensation or attribution to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations of liability apply to your use of sukacuci2:

• sukacuci2 provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• sukacuci2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, data loss, service interruption, or unauthorised account access.
• sukacuci2 does not accept liability for the actions, omissions, or content of any third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits sukacuci2's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.
• In all cases where liability cannot be excluded, sukacuci2's total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sukacuci2 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against sukacuci2 must be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to bring claims against sukacuci2 in any class or representative proceeding.

sukacuci2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of current provisions.

Your continued use of the sukacuci2 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance.

Material changes to these Terms — including changes to fee structures, account eligibility criteria, or withdrawal policies — will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file, where reasonably practicable.
